Office Payments

• A late payment is rent paid and/or received after the 1st of the month. 
• Rent payments received after 5 PM on the 5th and any day after, it is late and you will be charged a 5% late fee.
• Business hours are 9-5, Monday-Friday. Payments must be made prior to 4:30 PM on these days, as the Admin leaves at 5:00 PM. 
• A late fee is computed as follows: $ Rent amount + 5% of rent.
•  Late fees are due immediately and must be included with rent payment.
• ​Any payments and late fees not received by the close of business on the 6th of the month, a Failure to Pay Rent Form will be submitted to the courts on the 7th at 8:30 AM.

REMINDER:  A payment is not the day you mail it or the post mark on an envelope, it is the day the payment is in our hands.
